Funnel Fare Service Area

Baltimore to Northern Virginia and Beyond

Since 2006, Funnel Fare has served up fresh, hot funnel cakes and fun food truck treats across this region. Our Funnel Fare service area runs from the streets of Baltimore, through Washington DC, and out to Arlington and Fairfax in Northern Virginia. Wherever your event lands, our truck shows up ready to serve.

This corridor keeps a busy event calendar all year. Office parks in Columbia and Silver Spring host company picnics all summer long. Families across Anne Arundel, Howard, Prince George’s, and Montgomery counties plan block parties, school fundraisers, and reunions almost every weekend. We bring the fryer to all of it.

We don’t save our best work for the big cities. Every town, suburb, and neighborhood in our coverage area gets the same hot, fresh treatment. A backyard birthday in a quiet Howard County subdivision gets the same care as a 500-guest office picnic in downtown DC.

You may have already spotted our truck out in public. We show up each year at the Chicken Wing Festival at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds, the Seafood Festival at Sandy Point State Park, and the Fairfax 4th of July and Fall Festival celebrations. These events give you a chance to taste what we bring to private bookings every week.

After frying up funnel cakes for twenty years, we’re at home in the capital region — the venues, the weather, the permitting rules, and what makes each community’s events feel like their own. Find your city or county below, or reach out directly and we’ll bring the fun (and the funnel cakes) to you.

What Makes Catering in This Region Different

This corridor mixes a dense corporate presence — tech offices, government buildings — with tight-knit family neighborhoods. That combination keeps our calendar full with both office events and backyard gatherings. Outdoor events run nearly year-round here too, from festivals to picnics to block parties. Being this close to DC also means guests expect polish and reliability, and we plan every stop with that in mind.

Quick Setup, Right Where You Need Us

Whether you’re planning an intimate backyard gathering or a large-scale event, you get the same full menu, setup, and cleanup standard. We bring the same attention to detail every time.
All we need is a flat spot about the size of three parking spaces. We bring our own power, so electrical hookups are a nice-to-have, not a must. Give us access and a level surface, and we’ll handle the rest.

Catch Us at a Local Festival

See us in action before you book privately. You’ll find our truck at these local events every year:

Serving Your Event, Wherever You Are

Baltimore

Baltimore has been our home base since 2006, from Inner Harbor events to neighborhood block parties. We've catered this city's venues through every kind of weather, and understand what makes a Charm City gathering feel right.

Columbia

Columbia's tech-corridor offices keep us busy with company picnics all summer long. This planned community's mix of business parks and neighborhoods makes for a steady, varied event calendar.

Silver Spring

Just outside DC, Silver Spring brings us corporate campuses and close-knit neighborhood celebrations alike. We're a familiar face at both downtown office events and backyard parties here.

Washington DC

In the nation's capital, we cater everything from government office picnics to embassy-area celebrations. Downtown DC events call for extra polish, and we bring it every time.

Arlington

Arlington's mix of corporate campuses and residential streets keeps our Northern Virginia calendar full. From office parties near the Pentagon corridor to neighborhood gatherings, we cover it all.

Alexandria

Alexandria's Old Town charm and waterfront venues make for some of our favorite stops. Historic streets and riverside events call for a truck that knows how to fit in.

Fairfax

Fairfax is where you'll catch us most outside of private bookings, at the 4th of July and Fall Festival celebrations every year. It's also home to a growing list of corporate and community events.

Baltimore County

The suburban towns ringing Baltimore keep us just as busy as the city itself. We show up for backyard parties and community events across every corner of the county.

Anne Arundel County

This county is home turf for our annual Chicken Wing Festival stop at the county fairgrounds. It's also a steady source of private bookings throughout the year.

Prince George's County

DC-adjacent suburbs across Prince George's County keep us busy with community events and family celebrations. We've catered enough events here to understand the venues and the pace of life.

Montgomery County

Montgomery County includes Silver Spring and the neighborhoods that surround it, all part of our regular route. From quiet suburbs to bustling town centers, we cover the county's full range of events.

Serving Up Fun (and Funnel Cakes) for 20 Years

Since 2006, we’ve built our reputation on made-to-order freshness, full-service setup and cleanup, and treating this region like our own. We’re locally owned and proud of it. You’ll spot us at festivals throughout the year, and we’ve handled permitting in every county we serve, so setup stays simple.
